Personalised christening gift cup

£40.00 / Made to Order

Because we've been asked a few times for a personalised present for a christening...

This little coffee can carries a special wish, making it a perfect gift, especially for a new baby.

'Sweet joy befall thee!' is a line from William Blake's poem 'Infant Joy', published in 1789 as part of the Songs of Innocence. 'May you be Happy' is an alternative. The scallop shell is a symbol of pilgrimage and baptism.

There is just enough room inside the rim to add a name, or name and date. A few weeks lead time are required for the personalisation to be printed.

If you prefer an image from another piece we can let you know if it will work at this scale - ditto if you'd like these motifs on a larger shape.
