Ship and ship's cat jug

Printmaker Tristan Sherwood collects old lustre, and this ship was originally cut for one of his pictures. Every ship needs a cat, so it is accompanied with this handsome tabby.

This small jug with its pretty foot has a height of 9cm (3.5") and holds a third of a pint. Splash lustre and green enamel frames the images.

There will be some variation in the hand-painted decortion, and the earthenware will be subject to minor imperfections, just like the C19 originals that are the inspiration.
