This half pint mug has been hand decorated in the style of C19 Sunderland lustre ware.
It is transfer printed with the classic design of the bridge over the River Wear at Sunderland, but with new text acknowledging Thomas Paine as the designer.

Pink lustre decoration. There will be some variation in the hand sponging.
The cup in the photograph is an example. Lustre decoration gives minor variations, the one you will receive will look almost, but not perfectly, identical.
